In the pursuit of trying to run a business, learn all the things, ensure we spend our money purposefully, we often forget that return on investment in our business doesn’t have to always be financial. Conversely, what we invest doesn’t necessarily come in monetary form either.
I’m all for the numbers and for making money, but neglecting to account for the valuable information, teachings, skills upgrade that can be obtained through various non financial channels can put us at a serious disadvantage.
