Kay is a  therapist with many years of experience working with middle-aged adults incorporate, community, and military settings. She has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-focused interventions, racial trauma, and short-term solution-focused therapy. 

During this conversation we talk about mental health in our community, her journey to entrepreneurship, and changing the face of those who provide behavioral health services.
