Michael’s professional history is widely diverse, ranging from running a solo computer consultancy to coding financial models at a San Francisco start-up to managing a 150-person global team at a 50k-person multinational company. Industries include oil fields, the Department of Defense, hobby retail, B2B sales, environmental activism, finance, and more.
His current activities are likewise diverse. He is the Chair and Educational Events Manager for the Asheville chapter of SCORE. SCORE is a volunteer organization that helps people start and grow their small businesses.
Michael is also an adjunct instructor with the A-B Tech Job Preparedness program, where he provides classes and one-on-one mentoring to help individuals find jobs and advance professionally.
Most recently, Michael opened his consultancy named Qualativity, which helps individuals, teams, and companies focus on people-driven performance to achieve exceptional mission outcomes.
