In this week's episode, I am thrilled to have my dear friend and frequent collaborator, Helen Appleby, join me once again. Helen is a New York-based executive coach with a remarkable leadership and commercial success track record. She has worked with CEOs, senior leaders, and senior women, focusing on women's leadership programs. However, her work has evolved to encompass the entire senior leadership team, bringing workshops on personality tests, trust-building, and efficiency to organizations. Helen's expertise lies in creating a culture of growth from the top down, helping leaders develop self-awareness, build trust, and have uncomfortable conversations. Her goal is to make teams healthier and unleash their full potential for high performance.

 

Helen Appleby is a New York-based executive coach and author known for her leadership and commercial success expertise. Before becoming a full-time coach, Helen was a VP and global business leader for GlaxoSmithKline, where she led a billion-dollar respiratory health business in consumer healthcare. With experience working in six different countries and leading large teams, Helen brings a wealth of knowledge to her coaching practice. She is the author of "The Unwritten Rules of Women's Leadership" and is working on her next book, "The Leader's Health Check." Helen focuses on helping leaders and teams become healthier, fostering trust, and having uncomfortable conversations to drive high performance.
