After 8 months of dieting and working out I got a little too cocky. I had lost weight every single week, even on my birthday week when I went a little (a lot) overboard. 

Then, this week happened. Simply, I wasnt as strict as I need to be. I had mac and cheese two days in a row and you can't lose weight when you do that. In this episode I talk about how I hit my first plateau, how I feel about it, and what I am doing to change it.
