Hey UN•THERAPIST,
We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something...
For years, we may have thought that people don't love themselves based on some of the adjustments they've made over time. But after conversing with our fellow UN•THERAPISTS, it's safe to say that...
We may have gotten it wrong!!!
It seems that we may have unknowingly confused the idea of self-love with the process of adjusting to the self-loving journey.
📌 Although they may look the same, and sometimes these adjustments may appear too much to our uncontextualized eyes, what's too much without proper context?
📌 Are we truly qualified to say what's "too much" based on the image someone else has of themselves in their head?
📌 Or do we react impulsively, damaging the potential "process" someone may go through?
Join us for another session of UN•THERAPY as we UN•THERAPIZE the self-loving journey, how much is too much, influencers of self-image, & having the resources to make the improvements you want based on the image you see.
