I also share 5 specific breathing strategies you can use, I will explain why they matter, and I will give you tips for how to use them daily, so that they are most impactful when you need them the most. Also, I just want to note that these breathing strategies alone are not a replacement for formal coaching or therapy to address chronic stress or anxiety, however, they can be very impactful in learning to manage symptoms and help you feel more in control of your nervous system and your thoughts.
