In this podcast episode, I reflect on my experience creating the Accountability Code, a framework for being accountable and achieving goals. I share the story of how I initially resisted the idea of writing a book but eventually embraced the challenge.

I discuss the six steps of the Accountability Code: Reflection, Humility, Planning, Implementing, Commitment, and Feedback. I illustrate the importance of these steps through my personal journey of overcoming challenges, including writing the book during a trip to Guatemala, contracting COVID, and facing difficulties with the publishing process.

I also emphasize that accountability is about doing what you know you should do and not necessarily what others expect of you.
