John Hall's love for health and fitness is to live health and fitness daily. With a family legacy in sports and over 30 years of experience as a fitness expert, his unique approach is outlined in the concept of Roots to Results. To see growth and progress, one must start with the basics of proper nutrition, the proper amount of rest and muscle recovery, the right frame of mind and spirit, be willing to follow instructions, and build technique. Discipline sums it all up in one word. He is the founder of The Freedom Kit, which offers various techniques such as tissue manipulation, trigger point, fascia release, and elongation of muscle, returning the muscle to its full range of motion.

To ensure his clients are taking the proper steps toward total fitness John assesses his clients before beginning a workout regimen. Everyone initially goes through a functional movement screen to identify faulty movements. This allows individuals to target problem areas, implement strategies to eradicate pain and return muscle to full functionality. "I help clients stay centered on longevity and optimal health whether you're a weekend warrior playing basketball or a mother bending down to get her keys without hurting her back," says John. "It's not just about aesthetics we want full functionality as well."

John Hall's enthusiasm for eradicating pain led him to invent "The Freedom Kit" which are tools to assist you in reducing inflammation and giving your tissue to return to its full function. His excitement has landed him on some of the major networks, such as WGN and FOX, giving advice as a fitness expert. He's been a guest speaker for health expert, Dr. Ian Smith and even enjoys working with the youth once a week at Comer College Prep as the strength and conditioning coach. Most of all, John Hall caters to clients from all walks of life, which include top-level athletes to weekend warriors who are serious about investing in being the best version of themselves. "Your body is a magnificent machine and you will get a whole new life with a whole new vision," says John.
