I will walk you through practical steps such as gathering financials, defining your purpose, identifying your target markets, analyzing your offers and services, and setting revenue targets to set yourself up for success in 2024. While making a plan is great I also want to emphasize the flexibility of these plans and the importance of adapting to changes. Not everything is going to go as planned and that is ok! I am a mom, I work in corporate finance, and run a side hustle and while I walk you through systems and strategies to streamline all of these areas of your life, pivots are going to happen.
