Dino Nocivelli is a leading lawyer in the field of child sexual abuse cases and joins Chris and Beverley in this episode. He is a member of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers and an ambassador for the Survivors Trust and Kyniska. In addition he provided evidence to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) and has been asked to comment extensively upon the Inquiry by many national newspapers and other media outlets. Appearing in media publications providing his expert opinion and commentary, including the BBC News and Radio, ITV, LBC Radio, and some national and local newspapers including articles for the Guardian and the Times.
Dino continues to provide his expert opinion to many international media outlets, and regularly provides external training sessions on child abuse law and conducts numerous charity talks every year. Dino continues to campaign to change the law on numerous matters, including: mandatory reporting of child sexual abuse offences, including sport coaches, and activities such as acting, ballet and wrestling.
