Welcome back to Hear's a Solution.  It's been a while since our last episode, and we want to express our gratitude for your patience and understanding during our hiatus. Today, we have a special episode as we return, and Chelsey and I are discussing some important topics that have impacted our team deeply.

In this episode, we'll address the reason behind our hiatus and share the difficult news of February 28th, 2023. We do want to share that this episode covers some topics around death and dying and we want everyone to know that if you or someone you know is experiencing grief or struggling with loss, we encourage you to seek support. Numerous resources are available, including https://thunderbay.cmha.ca/documents/grieving/. Remember, you're not alone; reaching out for help is a sign of strength.

Although our small and mighty team has been through a difficult period, we are committed to continuing the podcast.  In the coming weeks, we will return to our regular schedule, and we have some exciting episodes lined up. We will continue to explore Employee Relations, office dynamics, and the wonderful world of workplace conflict.

As we wrap up this special episode, we want to thank our listeners for their support, understanding, and patience during our hiatus. We are grateful to have such a supportive community, and we appreciate your continued engagement with our podcast. Stay tuned for our next episode, where we'll dive back into the fascinating world of employee relations.
