This is the 5th episode in a series of shorts produced by Films4Change about Ness, a young girl who learns to identify and manage her feelings through her conversations with various Australian animals. Today Ness talks to Lyrebird, voiced by Jerry from Films4Change, about how proud she is of herself for overcoming her nervousness in her dance concert and winning a medal. Jerry and I discuss positive ways for parents to be able to build resilience in their children by helping them to find their own strengths and develop coping mechanisms to overcome difficult feeling and emotions.
