How many times have you wished you hadn't reacted in a certain way in a specific scenario or situation? How many times has someone said something so hurtful towards you that without a doubt you automatically adopt the negative comment that other person said and eventually believe it to be true about yourself? You're not alone my friend. I have had this happen to me as well and let me tell you, it takes a lot of faith in who you are to not let the over thinking creep in. Often times people who are used to us acting like our old selves don't like to watch us become better and heal from our past wounds, so they project their fears, their insecurities towards us and therefor say hurtful things that are not true about who we really are. In this episode I will share with you the ONE thing that has helped me navigate when dealing with negative people, comments, and negative energy in general.
