The results are in, most moms are saying they struggle with mom guilt EVERYDAY. Is that really the kind of mom life we all want to have? Are we all content to just feel like we're screwing up all day everyday?
I'm not willing to settle for that narrative and I hope you're not either. The truth is, a lot of what you feel guilty about isn't even something you need to feel guilt over. It's things out of your control or it's based on expectations that aren't relevant to you. Let's go over what it would be like to use the feeling of mom guilt as a little red flag that simply gets our attention. It allows us to stop and actually make a decision on whether this deserves to drain us and make us feel bad or if it's an awareness tool to change our mindset or our actions to get one step further from a life of mom guilt.
