In today’s class, Beth will provide a summary of the 4 HOA/Condo bills that have been signed into law by Gov. Hobbs. Then we are going to take a deep dive into everything you need to know about long term & strategic planning for HOAs and condos, how to create a budget, reserve studies and reserve funding. We will close our session with information on using the Eisenhower Method to help solve problems.
