Living a purpose-driven life and knowing your “why” have been goals that inspired us and brought fresh perspectives. The business world too embraced it as purpose statements replaced mission statements and brand followers rallied around a bigger purpose. A good start. But this decade demands more of us. We need to turn an inspiring “why” into powerful, change-making impacts that create a new story in the world, now. Yet, this is where the big disconnect lies.
