Today I am sharing a mind shift that I got from my own coach. I am always aware that I can CHOOSE to change my life, but sometimes that task seems overwhelming. When she shared this change in perspective, something shifted within me and it's a super simple question that you can ask yourself every day that will move you toward your goals. It won't always be easy, but it is super simple. And it will make you intentional which is probably the most important.
