A blockchain bridge connects different blockchains. When it comes to the new “AD ASTRA PORTAL,” the bridge connects the Elrond network with the Ethereum blockchain. The idea of a bridge originates from the fact that each blockchain has its own language, and therefore cannot easily communicate with other blockchains.
