Today we are beaming up ADHD enthusiast and life coach Shane Thrapp. Shane Thrapp is a Certified ADHD Life, Relationship, & Career Coach. He has a Servant Based Leadership background and 15 years in Project Management. In that time, he has helped hundreds of people find their paths through chaos to find their purpose. Now he uses these skills to help clients between the ages of 25-55 who suspect they have or have been diagnosed with ADHD. He works with them to figure out their particular issues by going through a process of self-discovery. He helps them discover how to use their strengths and create systems to manage their ADHD in their life, relationships & careers.
