In this episode, we are discussing men's health and the challenges we face getting people to the doctor. Many of us can relate all to well with the pain of losing a loved one or close friend way before their time. It's an unspeakable pain. Not taking our health serious every day, saying I'll work out tomorrow, not being consistent. Posting RIP for people my age and younger that didn't keep up with their health is exhausting. 7 years ago this week our friend Mike Waller lost his life due to complications from diabetes before turning 40 years old. And just a few months back, our friend Mario Strayhorn lost his life because of a cardiac event. He was 46. Life is too short to make it even shorter. PLEASE check out this episode and forward it to another person that you know who could use this conversation. It is our most important episode to date!
