Mental health affects everyone differently, but often men don't like to talk about it.

In this episode, Matt and Dan are joined by acclaimed journalist and mental health expert Sarah Fielding to take a deeper look at how men cope with mental health problems in relationships.

Join us as we discuss everything from therapy, boundaries and celebrities, to the difficulties of breakups, oversharing, and how patriarchy affects our mental health.
