I am all about grabbing the low-hanging fruit to improve our health. And today’s topic is JUST THAT.

We can incorporate so many healthy habits and we’re only going to see moderate gains because the reality is, that most of us are moving through our days chronically dehydrated.

And the research shows that this is critical to many aspects of health, but especially thyroid health because simply being dehydrated can create hormone imbalances.

In this episode, I’m digging into one of the simplest health habits… one of the easiest ways to impact our hypothyroid symptoms, and that is HYDRATION.

Glad you're here,

Sarah
