  • Other Signs of Intuition:
    • Reading people effortlessly, strong connection to animals, and moments of unexpected insight.

Sleeping Challenges:

  • Fear of the Dark:
    • Sleeping issues, fear of the dark.
    • Use of strand lights or salt lamps for a comforting, low-lit environment.

Our World View:

  • Psychic Kids in Media:
    • Addressing sensationalism in Hollywood.
    • Embracing the concept of subtle energy.

  • Your Kid is Not Cursed (not that I know of anyway):
    • Reassurance that intuitive kids aren't cursed-as this has not been in my own personal experience.

    • Recognizing that what seems normal to them might be extraordinary.

    • Avoiding dismissiveness; instead, listen and give time for understanding to unfold.
    • Developmental challenges in comprehending their experiences.
  • Supportive Measures:
    • Assurance of safety.
    • Medium consultations and therapy considerations.
    • Connection with metaphysical shops and kids' groups.
  • Grounding Techniques:
    • Going outside barefoot, holding rocks, practicing yoga.

Tools for Coping:

  • Setting Boundaries:
    • Establishing boundaries with the metaphysical realm.
    • Recognizing that communication can feel overwhelming.
  • Practical Techniques:
    • Using sprays and rituals from metaphysical shops.
    • Consistent practice; intuition is a skill that develops over time.
  • Nighttime Routine:
    • Rituals and routines before bedtime.
    • Intentional use of lights and energy protection techniques.

Personal Practices:

My Personal Journey:
