I have always found that my daily meditation is what gives me the feeling of grounding to help me to deal with whatever arises in my life. On days when I don't meditate, I find that I can become overwhelmed and frustrated much more easily. 

Dealing with the challenges and changes that we are all facing, it seemed like a good idea to create a very focused meditation that was specifically aimed at helping to create a feeling of grounding and stability, so that anyone can access this feeling easily whenever they need to.
