Stormy Daniels testimony was a whole lot of nothing in today's case against President Trump.  It's clear that the testimony is so irrelevant that it's just obvious that this is all a political attack... against Democracy.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, thank you Scott Shannon, and thanks to all
of you for being with us. Here is our toll
free telephone number if you want to be a part
of the program. It is eight hundred nine four one
Sean if you want to be a part of the program.
I mean, this is like the worst kangaroo court you
could ever imagine unfolding in Alvin Bragg's you know, district

(00:24):
to the DA in New York. But of course they
did bring in the third highest ranking official from Joe
Biden's Justice Department to fill the void of the incompetent
brag and run this case. I'm sure this guy wanted
to leave that prestigious position, considering we now discovered that,
in fact, he is a very hardcore partisan Democrat and

(00:45):
even paid for consulting in years past. You know, at
the heart of this case, none of what we heard
today from Stormy Daniels in this case is relevant, none
of it, None of it is material to this case
of it. You know, and you look, you go back
to the beginning. You have a judge that donated to Biden.

(01:06):
You have a judge whose family is being accused of
likely benefiting from the outcome of this trial based on
work that his daughter is involved in. You have a
gag order for Donald Trump, but not for Michael Cone
on TikTok asking for gifts, and he's as he's free

(01:27):
to talk about the case. The lead witness of the
prosecution supposedly you know, you know all of the stuff
that they are talking about here. The payments were not illegal.
This came out in yesterday's testimony. Is not Is Michael
Cone a lawyer, yes, or he was at the time.
Is Michael Cone? Is this illegal? This is this a

(01:49):
legal document?

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (01:51):
The payments, whatever they were, one hundred and thirty thousand
dollars were not illegal. Non disclosure contracts in exchange for
silence are not unlawful. Killing any negative story violates no statute.
And more to the point, it is not a crime
for Donald Trump to know about a non crime.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
It is just the whole thing has been senseless.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
But of course, this is what Bragg's strategy is to
throw out words like conspiracy to do this, and that
Donald Trump is not charged with it.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
He's charged with none of that.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
And the according first of all, the New York statute
that would have been applicable in this case is only
a misdemeanor. No lawyer can even explain what the other
charges are about. Why because they don't know what the
other charge really is about. They just keep throwing out names,
and the judge keeps allowing it again and again and again,

(02:49):
and you know, the Biden DoD judge, there wasn't a chance.
Earlier today the defense team Trump's lawyers made a motion
for a mistrial and what really is a book keeping
error case? But the judge has denied the former president's
attorney's request for a mistrial over the gratuitously salacious testimony

(03:09):
of the prosecution. As a threshold matter, I agree that
there were some things that probably would have been left unsaid,
the judge said, having said that, I don't believe we're
at a point where a mistrial is warranted, and then
then tries to go after the defense attorneys who did object,
and each time they objected, the judge sides with the prosecution.

(03:31):
What's the point at that point? And Trump's attorney Todd
Blanche arguing that the court set guardrails and Daniel's testimony
went way over them. A lot of testimony that this
witness talked about today is way different than the story
that she was peddling. In twenty sixteen, she wrote a
book detailing great detail about her relationship with Donald Trump,

(03:53):
and that becomes problematic as well, because Daniel testified there
was no power imbalance or there was a power during
her encounter. Considering how wealthy and influential he was, he
was bigger in blocking the way. But I was not
threatened verbally or physically. How is this relevant or material
in this case? Now, when we get to cross examination,

(04:15):
which probably will be fairly soon, then I'm sure that
the defense is going to bring up the January thirtieth,
twenty eighteen, official statement of Stormy Daniels to whom it
may concern. Over the past few weeks, I have been
asked countless times to comment on reports of an alleged
sexual relationship that I had with Donald Trump many many,

(04:36):
many years ago. And the fact of the matter is
that each party to this alleged affair denied its existence
in two thousand and six, twenty and eleven, twenty sixteen,
twenty seventeen, and now again in twenty eighteen. I'm not
denying this affair because I was paid quote hush money,

(04:57):
as has been reported in overseas owned tabloids. I am
denying this affair because it never happened. I'll have no
further comment on this matter. And then, of course writes
a book contradicting yourself. Okay, well, how is this working
out for people?

Speaker 2 (05:13):
It's not.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
You know, this now has gone full tilt here, and
you know, listening to Biden's number three of the Justice Department,
you know, leading this case and walking Stormy through all
the salacious details is immaterial. It is meaningless in a
bookkeeping error trial.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
You know.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
I can't wait for the day that the Trump Justice
Department has prosecutors called Tara Reid to the witness stand
and maybe let her describe all the ugly details about
the day that she claims that Joe Biden tried to
rape her in a deserted hallway near his Senate office.
Oh that's right, we forgot about her. Here's but anyway,

(05:54):
the latest attempt of Biden's presidential campaign to revive their
chances to hang on to power and keep Donald Trump
court room. Stormy Daniels is the highest profile witness in
this case. But you're talking about something that is not illegal.
And Daniels said yes, when asked of the sexual encounter
was brief and testified. It's just stuff that is totally,

(06:15):
completely immaterial. But you have a judge that clearly is
abusively biased and wants a certain outcome in this case,
and that will have great influence on the jury in
this case. I mean, so, I don't blame them for
trying to get the mistrial, and I'm not shocked that
the judge denied the mistrial.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
I didn't expect them to do that.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
I can give you a whole list of things that
New York should be prosecuting and go over and over again.
You know, twenty nineteen New York into the use of
money of bail in New York in jail for most
cases involving misdemeanors and low level felonies. That law took
effect in twenty twenty, and crimes listed in the New

(07:00):
York Post, for example, ten career criminals racked up nearly
five hundred arrests since New York bail reform began. Assault,
bolonious assault, grand larceny, petty larceny, gun possession, attempt at
drug sale, commercial retail burglary, theft, shoplifting, car theft, migrants
who beat up illegal immigrants that beat up police officers

(07:23):
in Times Square released without bail. Bragg didn't even seek
bail for a sixteen year old caught on video viciously
attacking a police officer. But he's trying to a guy
that takes sixty percent of felony charges and reduces them
to misdemeanors, and the only one that he upgrades from
a misdemeanor whose statute of limitations had passed to a

(07:46):
felony under questionable legal theories that even the Justice Department
didn't think would be viable. Well, he's gotten away with
all of it. He's gotten the judge of his choice.
Three days earlier, by the way, the case of this
sixteen year old on video attacking a police officer, the
same kid was arrested, released without bail for allegedly beating

(08:08):
and robbing a stranger. You know, crimes Bragg doesn't even
want to charge now, marijuana possession, turnstile jumping, trespassing, resisting arrest,
interfering with an arrest, prostitution, none of it. You won't
get those salacious details.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
You're not going to get.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
The third highest ranking Justice Department official there either, you know,
despite all the breathless coverage in the medium mob they
can't get enough of stormy, stormy, stormy.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
Here we go again.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
Is not a single thing that came up in her
testimony today that is relevant in any way to the
prosecution against Donald Trump. If you had a fair judge,
the judge would have stopped it immediately.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
But that's not the case. This is why I told
you from.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
The beginning, he can't get a fair trial in New
York or DC, or in Fulton County, Georgia. Not gonna happen.
She added hero substance to this case. Well, okay, she
gets to humiliate Donald Trump in their minds and bloody
him up that way. Okay, And I oh, she the

(09:13):
testimony is so superfluous and so irrelevant. I wouldn't even
waste my time on this radio show going over it.
And we've taken copious notes by the people that are
in the courtroom that are sending me, you know, moment
by moment, you know, play by play of what's going
on in there. And of course the gag order is

(09:33):
in place. You know, now we have a former president
having to say that he's willing to go to jail
if it means our constitution is more important than jail
is not even close. I'll do that sacrifice any day.
And this judge seems like he's itching in spite of
his proclamation yesterday to send Donald Trump away.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
That's what he would like to do.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
You have the ex top Biden DOJ official leaves that
prestigious position to go work on a case in New York.
I don't see a conflict of interest there. A judge
that donates to Biden, you don't see a conflict there.
A family member that might very well benefit financially, you
don't see a conflict there. Statute of limitations passed over,

(10:13):
and nobody seems to give a rip. They're not even
informing the defense of what witnesses they're calling on what day.
You know the fact that everybody else they don't have
gag orders. They can say whatever they want and beg
for gifts on social media, that's okay. It's pretty unbelievable
what we're witnessing here, you know, it said, and of

(10:34):
course you know you've got the crazy media mob out
there going insane. Anyway, this prosecution sends Trump fundrais raising
numbers through the roof. I guess there's an upside because
ever since the Biden DOJ launched their first show trial,
fundraising numbers have been insane. They hauled in over seventy
six million last month, a number that has former President

(10:56):
Joe bub that is closing the gap. Now with Joe Biden,
there'll be no there'll be no lack of funds trying
to make Joe out to be alive and energetic and
not the weak, frailed cognitive mess that he really is.
But I mean, now you have a former president that
a judge wants to put in jail, and you have
the Mayor of New York being asked about, well, is

(11:16):
Rikers prepared to take Donald Trump in if in fact
that comes to pass. This is a kangaroo court. This
isn't equal justice under the law. This is everything we've
been talking about with the weaponization of our justice system,
a dual justice system. We don't have equal justice under
the law. We don't have equal application of our laws,

(11:38):
which means we don't have a constitutional republic anymore, because
that is the foundation for all of our laws. But
this is now where we find ourselves. And then of
course other cases are falling apart. Fonnie Willis refuses to
appear before the Georgia Senate Investigative Committee. Now they're threatening
a subpoena and she says she won't comply. That case

(11:59):
is falling us part. And we told you yesterday the
Special Council admitting that federal prosecutors tampered with evidence in
his criminal case alleging former President Donald Trump mishandled classified documents.
We have a big update in that case because the
trial documents judge and in this case, Eileen Cannon, has

(12:19):
now suspended a deadline in former President's document case after
the Special Council and his team had to admit that
they failed to preserve critical evidence in the case, after
prosecutors disclosed some classified records may not be in the
original order in which they were found. That means that

(12:40):
was tampered with. Okay, that case should be thrown out.
The case in Bulton County should be thrown out. The
case in DC should be thrown out. The president does
have limited immunity, and we'll find out in an unrelated
case whether or not the application of our laws regarding
January sixth were relevant or not. But now this marks

(13:01):
another delay in the prosecution down in Florida, which means
that this is unlikely to come to trial. I'm telling
you what they want. They now have put all of
their hopes in this one Biden donating judge, because what
they want to be able to say for as long
as possible is that convicted fell in Donald Trump. Convicted
fellon Donald Trump. They want that more than anything. And

(13:23):
if they had their way, and it doesn't look like
they will have their way for the next one hundred
and eighty one days, they'd have Donald Trump in a
courtroom somewhere and the campaigning field wide open for their
candidate of choice, which happens to be Joe Biden. And
by the way, a poll shows most voters say Trump
has been denied the right to a fair trial in

(13:45):
this case. People are seeing it New Suffolk, USA Today poll. Yeah,
people see through this. You put Trump in jail, you're
probably going to re elect them. And Jim Jordan now
is investigating the special counsel Jack Smith, after acknowledge that
the evidence in this classified documents case was altered or manipulated.

(14:05):
Whoopsie daisy, because that's what they admitted to. A stunning admission.
How can you consider yourself intellectually honest and look at
this case and not just roll your eyes and saying
this is not constitutionally sound. This is the weaponization of
our Department of Justice. This is what happens when it's politicized.

(14:29):
This is what happens when you have people that will
use the legal system to destroy their political opponents. You know,
imagine any admission by a special counsel against the Democrats
that key evidence in a case of a prominent Democrat,
in this case, Donald Trump's classified documents criminal case was

(14:50):
altered or manipulated by their team. Can you the government
acknowledges that this is inconsistent with what Government Council previously
are understood and represented to the court. They didn't even
tell the court the truth. I mean, it's essentially an
admission of evidence tampering, and it could be beyond problematic.

(15:10):
It's it's an admission. It's stunning on multiple levels. No
wonder Jim Jordan's investigating this, and no wonder that. Yeah,
I don't think Trump can get a fair trial in
any venue. At this point twenty five till the top
of the hour, eight hundred and nine four one, Shawn,
if you want to be a part of the program.
I love our friends at Legacy box dot com slash Hannity.

that's what Legacy Box does. And with Mother's Day fast approaching,
this is a gift for the whole family. And you

(16:16):
be really touching for so many family members. And it
just is an incredible gift for somebody and the beauty

to their website now to get started. Legacy box dot
com slash Hannity saved sixty percent during their best Mother's
Day sale ever legacy box dot com slash Hannity Today. Now,

(17:19):
what have I said about Donald Trump? He defies all
conventional political gravity And what does that mean? You know,
any other candidate access Hollywood, go back to twenty sixteen,
it would have destroyed any other politician, would have wiped

(17:40):
them out. Goes up debates, Hillary Clinton issue comes up immediately,
locker room talk. Oh yeah, I know. I shouldn't have said.
It was stupid that ended that issue and he goes
on to be president. There's never been one man that
has been targeted by the institutionalists, the deep state, if

(18:01):
you will, both Republican and Democrat, the swamp, the sewer
that is Washington, DC, and Donald Trump three long years Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia,
complete and total b s. And yet that didn't stop
the mob the media from peddling their conspiracy theories and lies.

(18:23):
It didn't stop you know, investigators from doing it. Impeachment one,
impeachment two, Stormy, stormy, stormy.

Speaker 2 (18:30):
Here we go.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
Again, and it's not working. Donald Trump now has spent
weeks in a court room what is today, day fourteen,
and that means he can't be out on the campaign trail.
While he is now basically seating all of that ground.
It's wide open turf for Joe Biden, who now has
to shorten his speeches. It's going to be a quality

(18:53):
over quantity. Are we really believing that or is it
the fact that they have no faith that they're candidate
is capable of doing long speeches and going through the
real rigors of a presidential campaign. And now, if you're
not up to that job, you're not up to the
job of being president, which we already know he's not
up to, and that in and of itself is a

(19:15):
big problem. And then, of course, well it doesn't look
good when he's walking to Marine one or walking back
from Marine one alone. So now we'll surround him and
hide him from the cameras so he doesn't look so old.
And rather than let him trip and fall again going
up the big boy stairs on Air Force one, well
we'll just put him on the little boy stairs and
we'll have a Secret Service agent behind them, you know,

(19:37):
to keep him upright. If God forbid, his slipless new
Sneakers don't do their job well enough, and he stumbles
and he falls. But I'll tell you the most telling
thing you know. Here, Trump is in a courtroom, and
the poll numbers keep coming in and right now, for example,
the latest Tip poll released yesterday found that Joe Biden

(20:00):
is suffering a twenty eight percent decline in support among
African Americans Black Americans. They found that both Biden and
Trump were virtually tied in the head to head matchup
and with third party candidates, and found that Trump made
significant gains in what they surveyed, but the survey showed
as traditional Democratic constituencies look both the Republican and Democratic

(20:24):
Party or coalition parties, and that both have a base
of their party. And in other words, the base historically
for Democrats have been African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and working
class Americans, suburban women.

Speaker 2 (20:40):
And it's not anymore. It's not working anymore.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
Washington Post poll shows that fewer Black Americans are certain
that they want to vote in this year's election than
in twenty twenty, and sixty two percent of African Americans
said they are absolutely certain that they'll vote. That's a
twelve point decrease from twenty twenty. However, young African Americans
had the sharpest drop and voter interest this year. Only

(21:06):
forty one percent you know, between the ages of eighteen
and thirty nine said they were certain to vote. Only
thirty nine percent of Black women between the ages of
eighteen to thirty nine are certain to vote. And many
now are turning to Donald Trump over Joe Biden. Why oh,
maybe because of the disaster at the border and tens

(21:27):
of thousands of illegal, unvetted Joe Biden immigrants taking American jobs,
costing towns and cities, you know, billions and billions of dollars,
and of course, creating the greatest national security risk in
our history by allowing in tens and tens of thousands
of illegal immigrants unvetted from China, Russia, Iran, Syria, Egypt,

(21:49):
and Afghanistan, among other countries among our top geopolitical foes. Trump,
by the way, surged to a dead heat with Biden
in the ABC poll, and they're out tied forty five
forty five among suburban women, again, who typically historically have
not been that persuadable. According to the poll, among suburban men,

(22:11):
Donald Trump has a solid eight point lead there. I mean,
pretty amazing. If you get deeper into the ABC poll,
you find that voters trust Donald Trump by an eight
point margin when it comes to law and order, in
crime and safety. He's up seventeen points on immigration, He's
up seven points on America's standing in the world. He's
up fourteen points on inflation in the economy. Well, it's

(22:33):
the economy, stupid. Well it's also you know, look at
the state of the world. It's falling apart before our eyes.
Look at this weaponized justice system. By the way, House judiciary,
Republicans are going to hold a vote whether or not
to hold the Attorney General Garland in contempt over the
Biden her recording. And they've actually just come out and

(22:55):
told the truth. Yeah, we think it might be might
hurt Joe Biden's chances at reelection.

Speaker 2 (23:00):
I'm like, that's not a.

Speaker 1 (23:02):
Reason to withhold pertinent information from a House investigative committee.
That's called checks and balances, that's called doing their job.
But House Republicans, if they have to hold Merrit Garland
in contempt, they need to do it so that he
has to provide audio of Biden's interview with the Special Counsel,
which the Special Council described as an unmitigated disaster, and

(23:25):
Joe not even being able to remember if he was
was I still vice president in two thousand and nine,
among many other things. And now they've opened that probe
into the FBI investigation and what looks like tainted materials
and tampered with the materials and evidence in the case
down in Florida. The document's case pretty unbelievable. The double

(23:47):
standard couldn't be more clear. If you Hillary Clinton, don't worry,
you canna have thirty three thousand deleted emails and device
is destroyed and you know you could have top secret
classified information a lot more than they found with Trump,
and of course no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. You're gonna
have Joe Biden four separate locations, eight locations in total

(24:11):
when you count different places in different residences. He had
all his top secret classified information. No raid there, no
raid on Hillary. It's pretty unbelievable. By the way, if
you care, Bernie Sanders has announced his reelection bid. You
have one squad member that was caught at a fundraiser
hosted by an Islamic leader who praised the Hamas attack

(24:34):
on Israel. If you can believe that, Representative Bowman, he's
the guy that I believe pulled the fire alarm. New
York sixteenth Congressional District attends a May one fundraiser at
the private residence in Fairfax, Virginia, and didn't seem to
mind that. Nahad Awad, a highly controversial figure that serves

(24:56):
on the as national executive director and co founder of
the Council of Islamic Relations Care Anyway, faced sharp scrutiny
last year of expressing his pleasure with the Hamas attack
resulting in the deaths of twelve hundred Israelis, including women
and babies, and claiming Israel does not have a right
to self defense. Oh that's a great place for a

(25:17):
congress person to be, don't you think. Nah, but this
is not a radicalized party in any way, is it? Yeah,
it certainly is. This is pretty unbelievable. We'll get to
this later in the program. Kathy Hulkel and New York
the Governor had to apologize for claiming that, oh, black kids,
they don't know anything about computers. A matter of fact,

(25:38):
I'll play it right now.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
Listen, young black kids growing up in the Bronx who
don't even know what the word a computer is. They
don't know, they don't know these things. And I want
the world open up to all of them, because when
you have their diverse voices innovating solutions through technology, then
you're really dressing society's broader challenges.

Speaker 1 (26:00):
She didn't misspeak, she doubled down on it. And young
black kids growing in the up in the Bronx that
don't even know what the word computer is? Uh, could
you be any more insulting? And then claiming, Oh, I
think I misspoke, that's what it is. I misspoke. Doesn't
sound like you were misspeaking to me. It sounds like
you said exactly what you intended to say. Maxine Waters

(26:21):
claiming that Trump connected organizations have training camps up in
the hills preparing to attack if he loses. What the
hell is she even talking about, you know, up in
the hills to attack black people if Biden wins. I
want to know about these right wing organizations that Trump
is connected with training up in the hills somewhere, targeting

(26:44):
you know what communities they're going to attack, and says
Trump is spelling out specifically what they're gonna do, and
how he's gonna get revenge, and how he's going to
attack his enemies, all of these things when he talks
about race. We know that I'm gonna tell you again today,
Donald Trump is a pure racist. I'm worried the attack
is going to be on people of color. And she

(27:07):
the one that said getting their faces and and don't
let them, you know, they're not wanted anywhere any plays anytime. Okay,
we'll take lectures from her, you know, and then things
get even, you know, far worse, because if you look
at Joe Biden's policy, he's given into and surrendered on
the war on terrorism, and yet he's supposed to deliver

(27:28):
a major speech at the Holocaust remembering ceremony.

Speaker 2 (27:32):
Oh okay, how about.

Speaker 1 (27:34):
You just support Israel's right to win their war on
radical Islamic terrorists that attack them on October the seventh,
and Biden, now they're admitting that they're withholding the arms
that was funded by Congress because the because Israel is
preparing their their incursion in Rafa as they as they

(27:55):
try to bring a close and win their war against
the terrorist group AMAS. And in the telling Israel how
to fight their war and withholding moneys that were appropriated
by Congress is another lawless move by Joe Biden. Nororry
his Attorney general will have his back warning Net and
Yahoo against a major RAFA offenses offensive. Well, how about

(28:18):
you tell Israel after the worst attack in their history,
what would have been the equivalent of forty thousand dead
Americans in a day, eight thousand taken prisoner and kidnapped
and taken out of their country. Why don't you just
support their right to win their war. By the way,
AOC was torched after praising the US hold on Israeli
military aid, I mean, it's pretty unbelievable. This is Joe

(28:42):
Biden's mess, and I'll tell you what it's all about.
It's all about votes.

Speaker 2 (28:46):
What is Joe.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
Biden's America is about? If I have to support the
radicals and not talk about these kids on college campus
is chanting death to America, death to Israel, and tafada
from the river to the sea, I'm not going to
risk those votes. I mean, the border, we have nothing
but an unmitigated catastrophe. Law and order and crime are

(29:07):
out of control. And small towns and big cities all
across this country. Why because of their policies of defund, dismantle,
no bail laws, open borders, aiding, and a betting illegal
immigration with unvetted you know, ten million plus. We've got
to update our numbers from our top geopolitical foes, and

(29:30):
then forcing the American taxpayers to fund all of this,
you know, Joe Biden's America Now, no bail laws, defund, dismantle. Okay,
how's that working out? In cities littered with needles and
people urinating and defecating on streets, and violence and sex
trafficking and drugs, you know, coming into this country with ease.

Speaker 2 (29:52):
