Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, we have come out your city.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
One way I get saying your constant zone will be desired.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Tell and if you want a little bang in the Yuni,
I come along. O God.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
Up. Respectfully. The president has been the No other president
has spoken about anti Semitism than this president.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Matter of what's right, there's the right to protest, but
not the right to cause chaos. These men and women
put their lives on the line. And it's suspicable that
schools will allow another country flag to fly in our country, but.

Speaker 3 (00:48):
Only one and eighty two days and until America.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
Away.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Coming to your sentence, going away, I get to and
saying you a conco sock.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
From coast to coast, from border to border, from sea
to shining sea. Sean Kennedy is on all right.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Thank you Scott Channon, and thanks to all of you
for being with us. Here is our toll free telephone number.
It's eight hundred and ninety four one, Sean if you
want to be a part of the program. A lot
of news to get to today, a lot of news
about Biden and Harris and the economy and immigration getting
worse and worse and worse. A lot of people think

(01:41):
that the Dems will weaponize the issue of abortion. Did
a little research, a little background check on Joey's position
on abortion. He has flipped, and he has flopped, and
he has flailed, and it's not exactly been good for him.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
We'll get to that.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
We have the specialcutor this is in the Florida document case,
literally confessing to the court that they tampered with evidence
against Donald Trump. In a huge development. What day twelve
now of this ridiculous case involving Donald Trump in New
York and more testimony keeping him off the campaign trail

(02:20):
the entire time. You know, it really is important beyond
the you know, every one of these cases is falling apart.
Fonnie Willis, Fulton County, falling apart. This case I don't
think is going particularly well in New York. You just
look at this the Hope Picks testimony on Friday. I
kind of agree with Greg Jared I kind of backfired spectacularly.

(02:44):
She served and she said, oh yeah, I think he
wanted I don't think he wanted anyone in his family
to be hurt or embarrassed about anything on the campaign.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
He wanted them to be proud of him.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
And this is the most important point here, as the
gag order in the threat of sending Donald Trump to
jail escalated today. Meanwhile, you know you've got probably the
key witness for the prosecution is Michael Khne He's out.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Is it TikTok or Instagram? One of these things?

Speaker 2 (03:13):
Asking for you're allowed to ask for gifts. I guess
that means I don't know, how do you define a gift? Oh,
give me a gift. And here's my commentary on the case.
And for what it's worth. In case you're interested. If
you are enter into what is called a non disclosure
contract agreement, those payments are not illegal. In other words,

(03:36):
you pay somebody X amount of dollars and in exchange
they they don't say something about you, and the case
supposedly is supposed to go away.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
That's not illegal. As a matter of fact.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Probably the DA's office, I mean you could put them
on the stand, probably is entered into dozens of them themselves,
which is pretty amazing. The fact that they take the
third high ranking Department of Justice lawyer and put him
in charge of this because brag can't handle it. You've
got to be kidding, But that happened is a Foxnews

(04:11):
dot Com article that has come out today and it
has to do with this special prosecutor Matthew Colangelo moved
from the third highest ranking spot in Biden's DOJ to
really try this case against Trump and New York. Well,
it turns out, according to foxnews dot Com, the Democratic

(04:33):
National Committee paid Trump prosecutor Matthew Colangelo thousands of dollars
for quote, political consulting in twenty eighteen. According to Fox Digital,
and he delivered opening statements in this trial and has
been an active participant. He joined Bragg's office in December
of twenty two after the resignations of Mark Pomerants and

(04:53):
Carrie Dunn, prosecutors that wanted Trump indicted. That apparently one
of them I think pled the fIF in a recent case,
but putting that aside. According to a Federal Election Commission
records reviewed by Fox News Digital DNC Services Corp. The
Democratic National Committee, you know, paid him twice on January

(05:13):
thirty first in twenty eighteen, two payments of six thousand
dollars for a total of twelve grand. The description for
the purpose of the payment is labeled political consulting. Oh so,
but this isn't a weaponized Justice Department in any way,
is it well, I guess it really is. And just
to be clear, the payments are not illegal, non disclosure

(05:35):
agreements contracts are not illegal. And you know, killing negative
stories doesn't violate any statute either. If there's a bookkeeping record,
I doubt Donald Trump was in charge of bookkeeping at
the Trump organization. And this shows you just why the
Department of Justice passed on it. We know the statute
of limitations passed, the judge threatening to throw Trump in

(05:57):
jail today if he violates the gag order. I mean,
you just can't make this up. So we have a
lot that we're going to get to on that. By
the way, no comment from the Biden White House on
all these reports that they have now in spite of
the bill that they passed that they were supposedly going
to offer aid to Taiwan and Ukraine and Israel, that

(06:18):
they now have cut military aid to Israel unilaterally. That
would be Joe Biden, of course, scared to death and
not wanting to give into the radical base that has
been out there dominating the headlines for weeks on college campuses,
and it's getting a little nuts out there. I found
this pretty amusing on the issue of polling. Well, Biden's

(06:39):
comeback maybe over Scott Rasmussen in a three way race,
has Trump winning by ten points. I mean, that is
a massive win. And I got to even give a
shout out to the New York Times and their editors
slamming the Biden White House for whining about the press.
They want to be covered by Pravda. We don't know
what Pravda is, the former Soviet Union and they're, you know,

(07:02):
basically their propaganda wing and circle back. Jensaki was defending Biden,
ducking the New York Times interview he should do more
Howard Stern. I'm like, Okay, Howard supports Joe Biden, which
he's entitled to do. I don't really care who he supports,
that's up to him. But more Howard Stern is not

(07:23):
the answer. He can't do an interview. That's his problem,
and it's becoming a big problem for Joe and a
big problem for the campaign. And I you know, I
had to laugh today when I saw the article this
too on foxnews dot com. You know, about the Biden
campaign is touting how they're keeping the president's speech speeches shorter.

(07:43):
They want quality over quantity. An interview on MSDNC, Michael
Steele asked the principal deputy campaign manager, Quinton Folkes about
the new strategy. Biden's age believe smaller appearing appearances would
benefit him more than larger rallies or campaign events.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
No, that's not the reason. The real reason is what
we all know to be the truth.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
He cannot handle giving a long speech day in and
day out, and doing multiple appearances a day. He can't
keep up the rigors of running for president. How could
he possibly be president? You know, it's one of the reasons,
Joe Biden. He no longer can go up the big
boy stairs on Air Force one, so they put him

(08:29):
on the little boy stairs with Secret Service agents following
him up the stairs in case he falls flat on
his face on the little boy stairs. That's why now
they won't let him walk to Marine one, because he
looks so old and frail and looks like he's about
to fall over as he's walking either two or from
Air Force I'm sorry, Marine one on the south lawn

(08:50):
of the White House. I mean, it's pretty unbelievable, but
you're gonna tell us, Oh, quality over quantity Okay, so
he's gonna give short speeches as I vote for me.
I feel later is an interesting take today about whether
or not Hollywood can save Biden. I know you got
last year Biden's camp. You know they named former DreamWorks

(09:13):
CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, one of the top Democratic fundraisers, is
one of the campaign's national co chairs. As a story
last week about maybe Steven Spielberg involving himself, I mean,
you got to be kidding me. Biden made headlines, you know,
by going on the Stern Show. Howard Stern is voting
for Biden. Look at look at me sitting with Howard Stern.

(09:34):
Biden says, oh, okay, it wasn't exactly the toughest interview.

Speaker 1 (09:38):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
The Howard that I grew up listening to is a
very different guy than he was, which, by the way,
he has the right to do. I'm an advocate. I
want Trump to win. I think Trump's better for the economy.
I think Trump will control the borders. I think the
world fears him and will respect him. And I think
all these efforts at law fair and the weaponization of
justice is a repulsive, disgusting abuse of our constitutional rights.

(10:05):
But they're gonna they think that's the only way that
Joe can win. Keep him in a courtroom for the
next one hundred and eighty two days. All right, let's
see how this works out. Let's see how inspiring Joe
is gonna make people. You know, they're gonna have what
Hollywood theater and you'll get a slight bounce maybe after
the Democratic National Convention that won't last. But he says
he's going to debate Trump. Let's see how that works

(10:27):
out for Joey. I don't think Joe's gonna do particularly well,
although I would expect a jacked up Joe to show
up at a debate. In other words, however, many red
bulls or caffeine pills or extra strength eccentrin that has
caffeine in it that they gave him, or whatever else
they might have given him, I would expect to see

(10:47):
that Joe back anyway. I mean, we now see you know,
it's a great Wall Street journal piece out as you know,
they spend hundreds of billions of dollars on all these
green New Deal projects and households. Now the American people
are beginning to wint at the rising price of going green,
and how these new clean energy mandates are carrying new taxes,

(11:10):
stiff penalties, and in Paris it's flunking an efficiency check.

Speaker 1 (11:16):
And the irony of it is just look at electric vehicles.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Now. I do have friends that like electric vehicles, and
one has a Tesla loves it. One has a Mercedes
electric vehicle and loves it too. Person has a short
drive every day to and from work and they feel
like they're saving money. Although when you charge it. Remember
most of the power grid is fossil fuels. And on

(11:40):
top of that, to build those very heavy batteries that
were now told creates more wear and tear on tires,
and those particles are emitted into the atmosphere and may
actually be more dangerous to the environment than fossil fuels,
you know. Putting that aside, those batteries make those cars heavier,
which makes it a greater danger for other drivers on

(12:02):
the road if God forbid, they have an accident. But
Americans now beginning to feel the heat. But they want
to pillage mother Earth for the coalbalt and the manganese
and the nickel that they need to build these batteries,
or import it from China, which is always a dumb
idea and then they want you to buy it. Americans
have rejected it left, right and sideways. They don't want it,

(12:24):
just like they do want their electric stoves, They want
their refrigerators the way they are, they want their freezers
the way they are, and they want government to get
the hell out of their lives more and more. That's
all people really want. And they'd like their border controlled.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
Also.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
Now, yesterday we were yesterday last week we were reported
that the White House is getting rid of this idiotic
term Bidenomics. Well now we find out today Kamalajara's is
going out there pushing the Bidenomics narrative again. Their biggest
problem is they can't run on are you better off
than you wore four years ago? It really is that simple.

(13:00):
There was a White House Economic advisor, you know, struggling
to answer a simple question on what their monetary policy is.
This guy, Jared Bernstein cares the White House Council of
Economic Advisors, interviewed for a new film, Finding the Money,
a documentary that advocates the modern monetary theory of a
controversial line of economic thought. One of their central tenets

(13:23):
is that government budget deficits don't matter for countries like
the US that borrow money in their own currencies. Now,
I hate to tell you here that that would mean
that the government should use tax and spending policies to
manage the economy and address inflation instead of the central
bank and their monetary policy. You know, the biggest problem
is the US government can't go bankrupt because we can

(13:46):
print our own money. That's called inflation, you idiots. I mean,
it's really unbelievable. Catallup is now showing confidence in Biden's
economic stewardship is at an all time historic low. Well,
how's the economy working out for any of you that
hear my voice right now? Inflation is literally scrambling americans

(14:08):
perceptions of what it means to be a middle class American.
They talked about this twenty nine year old. His name
is Vincent. He is a medical sales rep. He makes
one hundred and thirty grand a year, and he thought, hey,
if I can make six figures, I'm going to have
a nice life. Well, unfortunately that's not buying him a
nice life in Biden's economy and Biden's America, I mean inflation.

(14:31):
This was Market insider inflation is scrambling americans perceptions of
middle class life.

Speaker 1 (14:36):
The middle class.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
I mean, when you have sixty percent of Americans living
paycheck to paycheck, that's a large part of the middle class.
Or in the last year, twenty six percent of Americans,
you know, struggling to get enough food on their table.
They can't make ends meet, and so many people tapping
into their pensions with big penalties, or they're putting fair
necessities on their credit cards.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
That's not going to look good either.

Speaker 2 (14:59):
You know. One reporter was stunned by Biden's voters comments
on the economy because they're showing nostalgia for the Trump economy.
I found that really really shocking to me. A reporter
arguing on ABC with Jonathan Carl not shocking. You know,
we have one Wall Street bear is predicting the biggest

(15:20):
market crash ins nineteen twenty nine. Look, I'm telling you,
I don't know much about the stock market. Don't take
my advice, but I am telling you I have reduced
my exposure to the stock market as much as possible
because I think a major correction is coming and it's
going to hurt a lot of people. That's my thoughts
I'm not telling anybody what to do. I don't give

(15:41):
advice on what to do. Although I tell you what
I do and then you can decide. I don't trust it.
I always think we're the last to know as we
roll along. Hey, one hundred and ninety four one, Sean,
if you want to be a part of the program,
now get this story. I have a lot of immigration
stories too. I told you about the economy. Biden, of course,
can't use the big boy stairs air Force one, and
he can't walk to Marine one alone anymore. Now we're

(16:04):
going to give shorter speeches because of quality over quantity.
That okay, It has nothing to do with everything else
that we know about him to be true. Get this,
The Biden immigration officials led a member of isis Rome
free in our country for two years. This is the
Daily Wire anyway. The suspected i As terrorist across the

(16:26):
border in Arizona February of twenty two, apprehended by border patrol,
claimed he was an asylum seeker. They couldn't find any
derogatory information, so they released him. Then in May of
twenty three, is bekis Dan put an international notice on
the guy. Yeah, he's associated with ISIS and affiliated with ISIS.
Great job immigration. Listen, I want to go back to

(16:48):
the story. So we talked about the bad state of
the economy, we talked about Joe Biden. Now, oh, the announcement,
his speeches are going to be shorter because we're going
to have quality over quantity. No, it's because Joe was
not capable. You think Joe Biden could do a Trump
rally for two hours with an audience as large as
Donald Trump. No enthusiasm for Joe Biden's. Polls are showing this.

(17:11):
We'll have John McLachlan at the top of the hour.
Did not good for Joe Biden. So now he can't
go on the big boy stairs. He's got new shoes
that are that'll that'll keep them, you know, from balling.
So they hope and pray he can't walk to Marine
one by himself. Now they got to shortened his speeches
and let alone. His economic policies are crushing the middle class,

(17:34):
crushing sixty percent of Americans living paycheck to paycheck. And
and this is this, this is why they have to
run on Donald Trumps in court today. This is why
they need Trump in court. And that's not working very well,
I go back to the you know, ten million plus,
but probably at eleven or twelve million.

Speaker 1 (17:52):
I need to update my numbers.

Speaker 2 (17:54):
But the we had the Biden administration, you know, releasing
an illegal minute Mid East illegal immigrant into the country
more than two years ago. What have I been saying?
It's not a matter of if, it's when this country
gets attacked. Because among the ten million plus Joe Biden
unvetted illegal immigrants are a lot of them coming from Syria,

(18:16):
Iran and Russia and China, and also Egypt and Afghanistan. Huh,
home of the Muslim Brotherhood, home of al Qaeda, home
of isis K number one state sponsor of terror. It's
satellite our two biggest geopolitical fothes. Anyway, this suspected terrorists

(18:37):
across the border illegally in Arizona February twenty two, apprehended
by border patrol. He claims, like everyone else has been trained,
I am seeking asylum. If we had to stay of
Mexico policy in place, it wouldn't be a problem. Anyway,
they couldn't find any information, so their research was not
particularly good, and in May of twenty twenty three, is

(19:00):
Bekistan of all countries put out an international notice about
this guy. I'm not even gonna attempt to say his name,
Jova Kara tav Is.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
You know the best that I could do, Jova kar
atav first and second name.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
Anyway, warned that in his home country for his alleged
affiliation with ISIS, but it was not until March of
twenty four, almost a year later, when the US government
was reviewing his application for asylum. Oh, whoopsie Daisy, they
discovered the notice from Uzbekistan and connected it with a
guy living in Maryland. Thankfully, I was able to arrest

(19:40):
him two weeks ago. Thankfully, the guy affiliated with ISIS
didn't commit an act of terror. But it's gonna happen
when you have tens of thousands coming from China, Russia, Iran, Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan.
It's gonna happen, and it's gonna be Joe Biden's fault,
and Joe Biden will have blood on his hands and

(20:04):
every single person murdered by a Joe Biden unvetted illegal
immigrant because of his idiotic open borders policy. Frankly, he's
responsible for and he has blood on there. He has
blood on his hands and all the politicians that support
this madness, or to patrol agent who is falsely accused

(20:25):
member by the Biden administration of whipping illegal immigrants. Yeah,
he just won one of his agency's highest achievement awards.
He has now been given the award for the achievement
of superlative of a superlative nature by the Biden Department
of Homeland Security.

Speaker 1 (20:42):
Whoops.

Speaker 2 (20:42):
How much do you want to bet they just made
a mistake because they never apologized after they realized their allegations,
even made directly by Joe Biden, were false. This citation
is awarded to an employee or a group for their
achievement or service based on sustain performance or specific achievement
of his superlative nature. Awarded to an individual or group

(21:06):
for life saving efforts exceeding expectation. To an individual or
a group for heroism. President Biden called the episode outrageous
in his rush to judgment. I promise you those people
will pay well now he gets an award, one DHS
source telling the New York Post, I find it hilarious
and ridiculous that almost three years later, a border patrol

(21:28):
agent and was accused of being racist, vilified by the
Biden administration now wins an Achievement Award for his efforts
in preventing smuggling before he gets a public apology. What
a great point. You know, it's kind of sad. I
don't know how this happened. If I'm at Goldman Sachs today,
I think I'm going to be paying very close attention
to what the hell they're doing. But we have anyway,

(21:52):
but one thing that Donald Trump has promised to do.
Let me add this, I digress for a second. He
is vowed to deliver the largest master deportation effort in
American history. Now, if you're a liberal, you're thinking, oh
my gosh, she's going to deport all these people. They
entered our country illegally. They did not respect our laws,

(22:14):
they did not respect our borders, they did not respect
our sovereignty. I know Joe invited them, but Joe himself
was violating the law and aiding in a betting in
the law breaking. What do you want them to do
at this particular point in time. Anyway, GOP senators are
demanding that Biden canceled plans to accept Gaza refugees. We

(22:38):
went into great specificity in detail. Unfortunately, these kids in
Gaza are indoctrinated and brainwashed into hating Jews from the
time that they are little.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
I wish it wasn't the case, but it is the case.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
One interesting note Republicans, and I got to give credit
to the Republicans in the House and Senate in Arizona
because they have, to their credit, literally repealed the States
eighteen sixty four abortion ban. And anyway, the Arizona Senate
passed it after the lower chamber passed it. And anyway,

(23:17):
they did it with fourteen Democrats two Republicans voting in favor.
And anyway, at a packed signing ceremony, Hobbs, the governor
and the Democrats touted it as a big step. I'm
just telling Republicans a simple truth. And the truth is
is that Americans, when it comes to rape, incest mother's life,

(23:38):
it is universal. It is almost universal. They make exceptions.
And also most Republicans, again, whether you want to hear
the truth or not, I'm telling you the truth. Most
Republicans believe in probably first trimester to Dobbs, fifteen weeks
as about the point where you know it should then

(24:03):
therefore become illegal for people. Because we were talking now
about the possible viability.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
Of a child.

Speaker 2 (24:11):
However, it's irrelevant what anybody in Washington, DC thinks because
the DAB decision has handed this over to the States.
And when I had Gavin Newsom debating Ron DeSantis, I
had to ask him six times before I finally got
an answer if he supports any restrictions on late term
abortions in one, seven, eight nine, And his final answer,

(24:33):
I won't play it for you, we don't have time,
was that this should be a decision between a doctor,
a woman and their conscience, meaning absolutely no restrictions at all,
which a lot of Democrats agree with. Now, by the way,
you know, the Biden campaign thinks they're going to be
able to demagogue abortion. I think this is one of

(24:54):
the reasons that the Red Wave didn't happen in twenty
twenty two. But anyway, they see their support for abortion's
rights as an asset. I mean, Kamala Harris wants the
court in Arizona ruled on the eighteen sixty four laws
ran out there to demagogue abortion. So now that's been
taken off the table. And anyway, so where's Joe Biden

(25:16):
been on all of this? You know, he's been for
fifty years in politics, this guy has flipped, and he
has flopped, and he has flailed. You know, he's basically
a typical gutlass politician that goes whatever way the wind
is blowing. You know, Joe Biden's been all over the map.
Even fake Jake Tapper actually got something right over the weekend.

(25:37):
You know, he said in nineteen seventy four that Roe v.
Wade went too far, that a woman should not have
the sole right to say what should happen to her body.
WHOA I think I turned that into an ad if
I was a Republican. Now, of course, in two thousand
and six he said I do not view abortion as
a choice and a right. Just this year he says,

(25:59):
I've never supported of you know, it's my body. I
can do what I want with it. And by his
own admission, you know that he used to claim he
was the odd man out in terms of his party
on the issue of abortion. Well, he's not going to
take that position this year because he's going to be
told what position to take, and I bet in the

(26:21):
end it's going to be the extreme position. You know,
whenever you hear a Democratic politician trying to answer the
question I was asking Governor Newsom they're going to end
up with that's that there shouldn't be anybody else in
the room but a doctor and their patient. You know,
then you have the real extremists, like you know Governor
Northam re where he said, well, first that maybe he's

(26:41):
going to be born, we'll make the baby comfortable. Then
the doctor and the mother will have a conversation about
what in fantasides, you know why, you know, what what
point is this child biable? That that and science is
making it earlier and earlier. A Doug show, not to

(27:02):
be mixed with Attorney David Shoan had an article in
the Hold today talking about you know, after the State
of the Union address, Biden seemed to get a little
pop in the polls. He was never beating Trump, but
he was closing the gap. But he points out, and
we'll get into this with John McLaughlin at the top
of the hour.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
Yeah that.

Speaker 2 (27:21):
I'm sorry, not the top of the hour will be
in the last hour of the program tonight. Thank you
Linda for reminding me. We have Christy Noman at the
top of the hour. But anyway, if if you look
at the latest polls, even CNN has Trump beating Biden
head to head by six points likely voters. If you
add Kennedy to the mix, he's winning by nine points.

(27:42):
Scott Rasmussen he has Trump up by ten and his
latest poll. New York Times is furious, saying the Biden
White House is whining about press coverage. They've been wanting
to do an interview with him and he won't do it,
and they said they want to be covered by Pravda.
Well that's what happened in twenty twenty. Why should the
hit he expect anything differently? The medium mob was complicit

(28:05):
in allowing this guy to hide in his basement and
circle back. Jensaki defending Biden, ducking the New York Times.

Speaker 1 (28:12):
You know he should do more.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
Howard Stern, Okay, Howard Stern does a talk show host
like I am, not like I I mean, does a
different style of talk radio.

Speaker 1 (28:20):
But you know what I mean, he gives opinion. He
likes Biden, I like Trump. There you go.

Speaker 2 (28:26):
One interesting development. If you look at the USA Today
Suffolk University poll, millions of American votes are up for grabs.
I mean, despite the fierce quote polarization in the country.
New survey you know provides a roadmap of persuadables and anyway,
and who knows what impact. I think when conservatives learn

(28:50):
rfk's radical record of the past, I think he's I
don't see conservatives or Republicans voting for Robert F.

Speaker 1 (28:58):
Kennedy. I just don't.

Speaker 2 (29:01):
I think it's a nice guy, but I don't think
he's a conservative, and maybe like one or two positions,
that's not enough to be president. Also get into as
we continue, I mean stunning admission over the weekend justinews
dot com, this is John Solomon that the Special Council
and his team admitting that key evidence in the former

(29:21):
classified Documents criminal case was quote altered or manipulated by
his team since it was seized by the FBI and
prosecutors misled the court about it for a period of time. Now,
this new filing went to the US district judge in
the case, Eileen Cannon. Smith's team wrote, in their own words,
there are some boxes where the order of items within

(29:42):
the box is not the same as the associated scans.
And then they put in a footnote they conceded they
had misled the court about the problem by previously declaring
that the evidence had remained in the exact state that
it had been seized. The Government acknowledges quote that this
is inconsistent with what the Government Council previously understood and

(30:02):
represented to the court according to the footnote. I mean,
we might be watching the end of that case. And
then we got two Supreme Court cases that are going
to have a big impact on what happens in DC.
One is a separate case, not Trump No Trump, involvement
about January sixth and whether or not equal justice is

(30:25):
applied under the law. And the other would have to
do with whether or not Donald Trump has limited presidential immunity.
I don't think they're going to give him absolute immunity
based on oral arguments, but we'll see. But if you
have to admit the key evidence in a document case
has been tampered with, you got yourself a big problem.
Never mind the fact of the mess that is going
down in Fulton County, Georgia. It's just that absolute Adam

(30:49):
Schiff showed down there. Anyway, we got so much to
get to. No comment from the Biden administration. We hear
reports all day that they have cut their military aid
to Israel. They just passed military eight by the way,
the Columbia riot we're learning now was funded by Democratic donors,
some at Goldman Sachs to the twoe of what twelve

(31:10):
million dollars, and that's a lot of money, you know.
Politico had an article pro hamas campus riots were being
bankrolled by Biden's biggest donors. Whoopsie Daisy. All right, when
we come back, Christinam, South Dakota governor will join us.
She's got a new book out. The media's been hammering
her on her admissions. She had to put down a dog.

(31:30):
We'll get to that. John McLoughlin, the pollster, and your
call straight ahead,
