La nuova norma deontologica in materia di equo compenso, prevista dalla legge n. 49 del 2023, è stata inserita sia nel codice degli avvocati che dei commercialisti, nella finalità di garantire che i professionisti ricevano un adeguato compenso per la loro attività, così ponendosi in contrasto col fenomeno delle parcelle di importo esiguo o addirittura gratuite.
