In vista della prossima sessione di esami per l’abilitazione forense ci prepariamo ad un ritorno al passato. Il decreto Milleproroghe 2023 differisce di un anno l'entrata in vigore della nuova disciplina dell'esame di Stato per l'abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di avvocato cosicchè le nuove modalità di svolgimento delle prove entreranno in vigore a partire dalla sessione d'esame 2024 anziché dalla sessione 2023.
