She uses her training as a certified teacher, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, and Holistic Nutritionist to improve the lives of children with learning differences, anxiety, ADHD, autism and mood disorders by helping their parents uproot hidden stress and nourish them deeply. Her book, Raising Resilience, and her online resources - Calm & Clear Kids and the Resilience Roadmap - have reached families all over the world.
