Recently I have been fasting for 3 days, but I wouldn't be able to do it well if not my friend Barbara, who has guided me through it.
I wanted to record a podcast with Barbara for a really long time! Barbara is a doctor who works for NHS with patients clinically and in research, she specialises in Rheumatology. Barbara has been fasting for many years. She has an interest in nutrition and lifestyle modifications in health and disease. She is currently finishing her degree as Fasting Therapist.
Recording a podcast was totally out of Barbara's comfort zone but after a few months (or years 🤔) of asking she decided to do it (she probably thought I will not give her a break 😂). We talked about 3 stages of fasting, benefits, contraindications, our personal experience and our reasons behind it. I hope you will enjoy it.
