Welcome to the fun run! This is a running workout series which you can take for your run to have a little bit structure and do something different than usual.

I recorded it as a pure experiment. I shared it with few people and they enjoyed so I am sharing this with you. The quality of this series should improve witch each next episode. If this is your first episode, I suggest going back to episode no1.

This session is about technique! We are going to focus on legs and arms movement but also we will recap what we have learnt before.
