We've all been in a doctor dentist some office where they hand you an authorization form and we sign, but do we ever read what we are signing? We should this case study shows what the consequences of someone calling in the wrong procedure. Consequences for the patient and her family and her credit score if she had let it. Christine was my second patient when I started my business I gave it my all. I charged her nothing, it was on a % of what I got back for her which was nothing. Was it a loss, no we both learned a very good lesson; the only one who really watches out for you is you- or your advocate. I wish I had met Christine before her procedure, things may have turned out differently. I will never forget Christine and I hope that you wouldn't either.
