Shelby Wagner, is a victim of romance scam in 2017 and in 2021, while trying to earn money to pay back her loss, she lost even more in a pigbutchering scam. A master storyteller, Wagner shares her emotional trauma, lack of concern, insults, and her own self-blame and chastisement. She said it felt like they were condemning her the criminal. She is very glad Operation Shamrock is now a worldwide movement to educate and combine forces a combat those responsible - transnational organized crime.
