Det er store sko, den nye brygmester hos Svaneke Bryghus fylder ud. Heldigvis har Peter Schrøder også en lang karriere bag sig, hvor han blandt andet har været brygmester hos Viborg Bryghus, Vestfyen, Flakhaven og senest Skanderborg Bryghus. Derfor var han ikke bange for at sige ja til stillingen som brygmester hos Svaneke Bryghus, hvor han allerede nu er begyndt at sætte sit præg.
