What an absolute thrill it was for Tom and Cim to spend the afternoon in the company of Michelin-starred chef, Atul Kochhar, at Kanishka, his restaurant in Mayfair. Atul was the perfect host, serving a selection of dishes from his incredible menu (available for takeaway), as he and the chaps discuss the best way to cook onions, his love of fried chicken and his most excellent masala chai hack, among many other things.
