Dealing with difficult people is not easy to do. Many people either try to avoid them or try to reason or argue with them which either leads to anger, mistrust and rarely goes anywhere. When dealing with difficult people, we think, why can't they just get it? Or maybe we are optimistic and we think, if only they can get this one point, and then we beat them over the head with this one point.
