The idea of Line Of Sight is the final piece in building skin-in-the-game for everyone. As a business owner I cannot be successful if the day to day performance of my employees are not pushing the company forward to its goals and if I make my success part of their success the probability increases I can achieve it. Line of Sight means they know the end game, how it is going to be measured, how they are performing, and finally how it will affect their check.
