It was a great pleasure speaking with Victoria Meyers from Home Instead Senior Care Redlands and Logan. Home Instead is an amazing business which has grown in 7 years to have over 130 team members. Vicky now supports and mentors other business owners. We battled the technology demons and had some sound issues, but the content is too good not to publish. Once COVID19 returns us from isolation I look forward to recording a podcast with the leadership team to help discover their secrets.
