The Truth Hurts

Always remain true to yourself and what you really want. Identify who you really are and accept it. Tell the truth. You can't walk around telling lies to others if you're trying to remove negative thoughts and things from your life. It is your responsibility to fix you. Don't look for someone else to fix it for you.

This means that you should not go out to find a relationship or a one night stand to fix or ignore what's going on with you. We all have felt alone at some point and time in our lives or felt the need for companionship, but we should always evaluate why we feel this way. Dragging another person into your negative space will only create guilt and more problems.
