The Right Allies

Episode #109: There is no single right way to be an effective alley, but there is a wrong way. Anti-racism activism must mean more than sharing anti-racism social media posts and hashtags. A lot of times these actions make certain white people feel like they’ve “checked a box” and done enough. During this episode, we dive into what it truly takes to become less performative and more effective allies in the fight for social justice. We will also introduce our newest member Ms. Annie Caplan and discuss the work she has done and is currently doing in the fight for social change.
