is a Colorado native and loves to spend time outdoors and exploring with her family. She lived in New Mexico for about 11 years in her young adult life and holds a special place in her heart for NM.
Before becoming a therapist, she was a personal trainer/coach and saw first hand the challenges elite youth through professional athletes face both in and out of performance. This drove her passion to become a sports counselor to meet athletes and coaches in their struggles and help them navigate life.
