Loretta Breuning, PhD, is founder of the Inner Mammal Institute and author of Tame Your Anxiety: Rewiring Your Brain for Happiness. She's Professor Emerita at California State University. Her many books on happy brain chemicals have helped thousands around the world to make peace with their mammal brain. What do you hope to achieve from coming on the show?
To spread my effective method of changing bad feelings to good feelings. Compared to other methods out there, I believe that my method works better. My method is aimed at everyone, in my opinion, because we all need to learn why our brain creates bad feelings and how to redirect it.
