O asertywności już było, ale tego tematu nigdy zbyt wiele. Jest to umiejętność miękka, której nie nauczymy się w szkole ani na studiach. Warto ją pielęgnować, zwłaszcza w okresie świąt. Asertywnie można również przyjmować. Za sprawą magicznego czasu odczarowujemy przekonanie, że asertywność to tylko umiejętność mówienia "nie".
