The principles of understanding are: Consciousness (understanding we are alive), Mind (understanding the energy and life force behind our life), and Thought (understanding that everyone thinks different types of thoughts). This leads to one of Lily’s foundational revelations that thoughts are neutral. The idea that thoughts are neutral allows one to let go and trust the universal powers at work in one’s spirit and release anxiety.
