This is a Yoga Nidra session dedicated to those navigating the challenges of chronic pain.  As we gently align our bodies and open our hearts, we begin a journey of acceptance and healing. This practice focuses on recovery, offering a space where pain and discomfort are acknowledged with compassion and transformed into gateways for deep healing.

Through guided relaxation, breath awareness, and visualization, we create an environment that supports the easing of physical tension. Here, in the embrace of Yoga Nidra, you'll find a peaceful refuge that encourages the flow of healing energy, nurturing your body's innate ability to heal itself.

Together, we'll explore the power of presence and radical self-acceptance, illuminating a path to wellness created for your healing journey. As a cancer survivor, I understand the debilitating suffering that comes with chronic pain. This has been created with so much love and compassion as you explore the inner world of this journey.

Thank you for being here.

"In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer. And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there's something stronger – something better, pushing right back." – Albert Camus
