CrossFit OG and Former Cal Poly SLO Wrestler Bill Grundler joins us for episode 246! Bill is the owner of CrossFit Inferno, he's competeted at the CrossFit Games (finishing as the 2nd fittest master in 2015) and has done color comentary for The CrossFit Games as well as NCAA Wrestling events. This was a great conversation as Bill dove into the benefits of CrossFit for wrestlers, being teammates Chcuk Liddell, and being a Fire Fighter and dealing with trauma in that line of work.
