Ep 28 - 6 Steps To Take If Customers Refuse Service From Your Minority Employees

In Episode 28, I discuss the Six (6) steps you should take if customers refuse service from your minority employees. In the wake of the George Floyd murder, I am learning of an increasing number of incidents in which customers are making demands that run counter to corporate moral and legal policies. In April, 2020, a customer requested that a Lowes store manager send white employees only to deliver products that they requested. The manager called the minority employee and asked him to return to the store. When Lowes corporate found out about the incident, the store manager was fired. As a manager, you should these types of incidents to continue. Don't get blindsided. Have a plan.
