There used to be a certain joy to be the first one in the friend group to discover that cool new band, or great indie movie, and then share your find with all of your friends.
It's been quite some time since I've been able to experience that joy- until recently...
Hell House LLC came out in 2015 and is a documentary-found footage style of horror movie that is building quite the underground following. Since it's initial release, it has spawned 3 sequels (all found on Shudder) and is developing a fan base like none other.
In this episode, I get the distinct pleasure to speak with the creator, writer, and director of the franchise- Stephen Cognetti. We learn about his process, who he is, and what may exist beyond the Abaddon Hotel or the Carmichael Manor.
