Jeanne White and Lillian Cauldwell discussed how our society has misjudged blue-collar jobs. One should remember that working in the trades - with your hands is no disgrace. Without these trained and certified individuals working at these jobs, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, air-conditioning, garbage disposal, construction, and telephone workers, where would our country be? These dedicated individuals make sure the hidden structure and fabric of our economic society keep on working without
a hitch.

Remember, that the inner structure of any society is important for the rest of us to enjoy our lifestyle and without them, we'll be up a creek without a paddle. Think about it and let us know how you feel about the blue-collar, a person wearing a dark shirt, as opposed to white-collar, a person wearing a white shirt. Is that discrimination? Bias? Prejudice?
